It was really fair mostly as it is a 4 star property, the services should speak for themselves
The staff and cleanliness
A lot of things were not available and we had to constantly ask for the same. The stay for 2 was mostly noticed as a stay for 1. That was kind of a major turn-off.

Hyderabad Trip
Location is excellent. The food is good. The breakfast buffet spread is quite elaborate. Staff is courteous and service is generally good. The Jewel of Nizam restaurant has good food.
The property is 30 years old. The rooms are ok, but will need some maintenance. Room rates are a bit expensive. Considering the property and amenities can be lowered. For a family of 3 they should provide King Size Beds. The same should be mentioned in the room selection option.

Staff are courteous, food is average. Staying here after a long time so can see the drop in standards
The age shows. Room mini refrigerator had to be changed thrice to get a working one.
